EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

1ST ORDER

For your first order we require a minimum of 25 items, you can mix this up with different products in the shop. Future orders may have less than 25 items if you like.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in advance of shipping any order. This may be made via credit card or bank transfer. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at hello@pictostone.com.

MAP MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICING

In order to protect the Pictostone brand and products, we will not sell to resellers who do not adhere to our MAP pricing. We list our MSRP and retail price on our wholesale line sheet. Violations of MAP pricing will result in termination of the wholesale account.

THIRD PARTY SITES

Pictostone Brand products may not be resold by any of our wholesale dealers on third party sites, such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Jet.com, etc. without express permission from Pictostone Brand.

CUSTOMS AND COLLABORATIONS

Retailers must not offer for sale any Pictostone Brand products that were originally produced as part of a collaboration with another entity or any product that has not been made available to retailers and the public directly through Pictostone Brand.

NO SINGLES, BUNDLES OR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Retailers may only sell our products in their original format. Multiple-unit packs may not be split up and sold individually or recombined into new formats or combinations. Pictostone Brand products are also not permitted to be used in an ongoing subscriptions service. This applies to all current and previous offerings.

These terms and conditions govern the sale of Pictostone Brand products to authorized Pictostone Brand resellers in order to maintain our reputation for high quality products and to protect our network of retail partners.
